I decided to turn vegan 3 years ago, believing it was easier to get and stay in shape, since you’re only eating healthy foods right?

In theory this sounded promising, in practice I gained 40+ lbs of weight in just a few months, going from being a lean meat eater to being a skinny-fat vegan.

The first year was a real struggle. I gained weight, felt bloated all day, didn’t enjoy my meals and my friends and colleagues made fun of me being vegan and out of shape.

I still remember my girlfriend and I being in the changing room in a store and me asking her to take a picture of me shirtless. She took the picture but didn’t look impressed or excited at all. I looked at the picture and I finally realized how bad it really got.

Even though at that point I was working out for 3+ years already I looked soft, I looked skinny-fat, flat - no muscle definition whatsoever.
It was devastating and my confidence was at an all-time low.

Over a period of 4 months I lost all the fat I gained, benched my first 220 lbs for reps, revealed my six-pack, but most importantly I regained my confidence in me and the vegan lifestyle.
Fast forward to today where I am the most defined
I have ever been, stronger than ever, LOVE my vegan
food and lifestyle while eating intuitively.
Most importantly my confidence is back, my Relationship is better than ever, my business is growing rapidly and together me and my three person team are impacting thousands of vegans.
